Forms are also available on the website here. Athletes and parents will need to fill out: Athletic Permission Form, Permission for Medical Treatment and if needed, Permission for Sports Travel. Athletes also need a current physical on file. Mrs. Wight will be in the library to distribute and collect fall paperwork August 2 from 3 to 6pm. Preseason begins August 15.
