We would like to let you know that Maire Pelletier, a NextGen College Savings Counselor from Finance Authority of Maine, will be hosting an informational ZOOM session from 5-6pm next Tuesday, May 17th. A few reasons for holding this is to help parents understand that they do not have to "know everything" about the process of saving for college, that there are free financial specialists to help them navigate this complicated system, and to hopefully introduce (or solidify) the concept that financial measures taken now, while children are at a young age, can be helpful in contributing towards their child's post-secondary education. . This ZOOM session is unique for our district, so PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!
